In this position you will drive branding and marketing activities for our clients. In close collaboration with talent management, outreach, and communication colleagues you will design, develop, manage, and deliver initiatives designed to raise awareness of the sector and attract talent to our client’s organisations. Your responsibilities as HR Marketing / Talent Attraction Specialist: 

  • Build and lead branding, talent acquisition and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Create and coordinate innovative HR Marketing content for cinfo’s digital communication channels.
  • Coordinate cinfo’s event planning; Plan, conceptualize and facilitate online and in-person events.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of Outreach systems and tools, incl. optimal channels and messaging for targeted talent segments
  • Ensure rollout of talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives and HR marketing campaigns through project management and communications
Skills required for this position:
  • A master’s degree with several years of experience in HR Marketing, Employer Branding, or Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international context
  • A true interest in the various actors in international cooperation and in careers in this sector
  • Strong communicator, excellent command of oral and written English and fluency in French and/or German with good kledge of the other language
  • Experience with or kledge of multilateral organisations or international NGOs is an asset
