Join the fast-paced and dynamic JPM Suisse Private Bank Client Operations team to onboard new clients, maintain existing accounts and drive best practices whilst ensuring we adhere to regulatory requirements.
As an Account Maintenance Analyst within the Client Operations team, you are responsible for ensuring strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, as well as local, international, and cross-border regulatory standards. The role encompasses the ongoing review of client documentation, maintenance of client data in multiple systems, regular assessment of existing client files, and the processing of ad hoc client requests. This position requires comprehensive regulatory knowledge, close collaboration with front office and control functions, and a precise, risk-oriented approach adapted to each client’s circumstances.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform the documentation updates process within the agreed timeline to minimize disruption and qualitatively enhance the client experience, while reducing risk for the Bank.
- Ensure business compliance with all Bank policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a low rejection rate through effective communication with Front Office and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Prepare and organize documents for data entry.
- Enter data into various databases and verify accuracy of input.
- Support remediation exercises, including review and update of digital and physical records as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with Swiss Law, Swiss banks’ code of conduct with regard to the exercise of due diligence (CDB), OBA FINMA and other regulatory topics related to companies with complex structures.
- Understanding of structures within the Wealth Management industry and associated documentation.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English mandatory.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Law preferred.
- Fluency in French, German, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Greek or Nordic would also be a strong advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
