Mandaté par l'un de nos clients situé dans le canton de Fribourg, nous sommes à la recherche de

Agent(e)s contact clientèle à 100%

En contact téléphonique avec la clientèle, tu seras chargé(e) de renseigner les clients sur toutes leurs demandes.

Le poste offre une formation conséquente à l'interne et des réelles possibilités d'évolution.

  • expérience en SAV, contact clientèle ou contact center
  • langues : FR/ALL niveau C1
  • à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels

IMPORTANT : il est obligatoire d'avoir un casier judiciaire ainsi qu'un extrait de l'office des poursuites vierges
