Ever come to the end of a holiday and thought, “Why can’t I stay here for a few more weeks?” To help reverse those end-of-vacation blues, a hotel in Saas-Fee is now offering near-unlimited stays between January and April for just 999 Swiss francs.

Saas-Fee offers near-unlimited hotel stays for 999 francs

To celebrate its grand opening on January 22, the Revier Mountain Lodge in Saas-Fee is offering what can only be described as a very good deal. For just 999 francs, guests are able to stay in a double room as many times as they would like between January and April, provided there is availability.

Called “All You Can Sleep”, the package will allow users to spend their days and nights in the heart of the ski resort for a fraction of the regular price - or indeed, the cost of renting a house or apartment. For instance, if the user just books a stay in the mountains for 18 days total between January and April, they would be charged 55,5 francs a night - you’d be lucky to get a hostel stay in Zurich at that price.

What restrictions apply to All You Can Sleep customers?

However, before it all sounds too good to be true, several restrictions still apply. All You Can Sleep customers can only make their booking two days in advance, and have to leave a gap of at least one day between weeks stayed.

"For me, it's primarily a test to see how to achieve the maximum occupancy rate of hotels," Revier Hospitality CEO Daneile Renggli told 20 Minuten. He announced that 50 people have already booked the ticket, and so far no date in the winter season is fully booked up.

However, with Renggli admitting that the hotel starts to lose money once the 999-franc lodgers stay longer than a fortnight, the cheap deal is not likely to continue past the spring. However, he added that a similar offer may be offered during the winter season of 2025 / 26, but for around 3.000 francs.
