Account Executive (B2B Sales)

As an Account Executive, your objective is to generate net revenue for Agilery by sourcing, prospecting, closing and onboarding B2B customers.


THE ROLE – help us to catalyse the good change in our food system

  • Independently research, source, and prospect potential customers
  • Run cold outreach campaigns across multiple channels, keeping a human-scale approach
  • Handle end-to-end sales process, from introductory call to offers and signed contracts
  • Manage and convert inbound requests
  • Manage CRM and leverage several leads generation tools
  • Represent Agilery at various occasions – events, fairs, etc.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – the superpowers required for your mission

  • Professional hands-on experience in B2B sales (min. of 2 years) – food and startups are a plus
  • Junior (entry level) candidates as well as mid-senior profiles are welcome
  • Diploma in business administration or technical field (food, engineering)
  • Professional level of English and German, any other language is a plus
  • Hungry, persistent, coachable, creative, likable and empathic problem-solver
  • Strong drive for the environment in which Agilery operates: food system, contract manufacturing, digitalisation, B2B services, startup growth
