In this function, you will provide high-level administrative support and personal assistance to our Managing Partner, our Consultants and work hand in hand with the Assistants Team. Your principal tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Assistance in daily assignment work, particularly writing reports (90% in English, 10% in German) and organizing logistics for client meetings and candidate interviews globally
  • Managing the Managing Partner's and Consultant's agendas including planning, preparation and coordination of national and international travels
  • Communication and correspondence with our worldwide clients and candidates
  • Preparation of documents and providing support service
  • Organization and administrative handling of special projects and events

 Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an Assistant and/or in administration; ideally commercial apprenticeship or similar
  • Working experience in an international environment
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (ideally bilingual) and French is an asset
  • High quality, service-oriented and pro-active mindset
  • Flexibility and the ability to work and deliver quality under pressure
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator, internally and externally
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on and committed personality with a good sense of humor
