  • Handling of B2B partner inquiries
  • Organization and coordination of various sales events (onshore and offshore) such as familiarization trips, product launch trips, annual conferences, trade shows, ship visits, B2B trainings
  • Responsible for price built and audit process
  • Conduct regular audit of price and promotion in booking engine and website
  • Creation of special offers for B2B partner
  • Provide administrational support and report creation to the sales team
  • Implement and monitor activities as agreed with top B2B partners for all co-advertising and communication initiatives regarding Scenic branding guidelines
  • Maintaining and updating client profiles, contract handling
  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to the corresponding global agent
  • Enter Data in our CRM tool – Salesforce
  • Support for reservations, charters & group inquiries of B2B partners


  • Commercial or/and tourism education
  • Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • An analytical drive - confidence working with and interpreting large amounts of data for analysis.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for new ideas and an eagerness to learn.
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Organizational and multitasking skills is a must
  • Self-motivated and independent contributor
  • Excellent German and English are a must (Other Languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity and comfort with or similar CRM application a plus
