- Support and work closely with Capability Owner, Product Owner, and Project Team to assure on-time and on-budget delivery of the assigned projects
- Support PMO office and Project Team on project admin tasks
- Coordinate project activities such as regular status meetings, project documentation and events
- Organize meetings with the project team and support progress control of key deliverables and actions
- Project follow-ups and development and administration of agreed project KPIs

Requirements:
Who we are looking for:
- BS/BA in an applicable relevant field of study (e.g., Supply Chain, IT, Management); advanced degree is preferred, MBA plus
- Project Management Certification (e.g., FPX, PMP) and/or Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP) preferred
- 3 years plus related experience from pharma or similar industries
- Familiar with project management tools
- Excellent project management skills, including definition and managing of project scope, prioritization of activities, and ensuring timelines, budget, and quality of execution are met
- Track team delivery on commitments using project plans, Gantt charts, burndown charts and other visual methods and track team velocity and other performance metrics to ensure accuracy of future planning
- Identify and weigh pro's and con's of different options using appropriate methodologies and communicate them appropriately
- Leverage PMBOK project management best-practices, including Agile Scrum adoption across the organization
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) required; JIRA or similar preferred
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment, while ensuring the organization is able to move through transitions effectively and efficiently
- Implement monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure project progress both internally and at external parties
- Ability to work actively and effectively, self-starter, hardworking, possessing good team spirit skills
- Fully vested in success, accountable and have integrity, and an effective communicator
This role is based in Zug, Switzerland and will initially be limited to approx. 1 year, with the option for an extension.
