About this role
We are looking for:
Head of Logistics (a)
your tasks
Leadership and management of 20-30 employees in outgoing goods
Active presence and direct team management
Ensuring smooth logistics operations across two shifts (07:45 AM to 06:45 PM)
Conducting employee and disciplinary discussions in English and German
Close cooperation with the logistics management team and procurement
Requirements
your skills
Leadership experience in a logistic environment
Business-fluent English skills at a native level for challenging discussions
Passion for active people management
High stress resistance and resilience in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Very good IT Skills (MS Office and ERP system)
