Requirements
Your Profile
You possess a proven track record of success in net new money acquisition within the banking sector, backed by a vast network and a solid pipeline for the Polish or Czech markets. A profound understanding of the banking system defines your professional background, alongside the agility to navigate different branches of the business. You speak Polish or Czech and English at a fluent, professional level; German language skills are a welcome asset but not mandatory. Personally, you are an honest, highly trustworthy professional who leads by example and truly "walks the talk" with clients and colleagues alike. Due to strict security protocols, the remote work allowance is capped at 40%, meaning you should ideally reside within a maximum 45-minute commute from the workplace (Zurich or Vaduz).
Your Benefits
Our client offers the unique combination of a small bank's agility and flat hierarchies (with a soft leadership style and a relaxed, informal culture) paired with the stability, financial security, and international reach of a major institution. You will benefit from a top-tier social security package that fully covers all 3 pillars, mirroring the high Swiss standards. A standout highlight of this position is the exceptionally generous leave policy: in addition to 28 to 30 days of annual holiday, you will receive approximately 20 additional paid days off for traditional public holidays throughout the year. Furthermore, you will join a growth-oriented, stable environment that guarantees a secure, long-term career path with no downsizing plans.
