Your Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Air Logistics Operations you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs within BU Air to enhance the skills and kledge of employees within the organization aligning training initiatives with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This role involves collaborating with Global Headquarters and all of Air Logistics to identify training needs, designing effective learning solutions, and ensuring the workforce is equipped with the kledge and skills needed to achieve business objectives and excel in their roles.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify training needs and align training initiatives with organizational objectives
  • Design and create training programs including e-learning courses, workshops, and other resources, that cater to the specific needs of different departments and job roles based on business goals. Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance training outcomes
  • You will oversee the delivery of training programs, which may include in-person sessions, webinars, e-learning, and other methods. Ensure that training methods are engaging and effective 
  • Develop and manage the training department's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet the organization's training needs
  • You will Manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, and support staff, providing guidance, leadership, and support for their professional growth 
  • Ensure that training programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards 
  • Stay current with training technologies and tools, and implement systems and platforms to support training efforts

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Successfully completed academic degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development or Organization Psychology
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a business unit or corporate setting
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and develop effective, results-oriented training solutions
