The Role

As a Solution Engineer (also known as Presales Engineer, Sales Consultant, or Solution Consultant), you will be a key driver in helping our customers in the Retail and Consumer Goods space leverage the power of Salesforce technology — including our rapidly evolving AI capabilities. We seek a technically-sharp professional with proven, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. You will be instrumental in bridging our technology's features to quantifiable business outcomes, focusing on automation, intelligence, and personalization across the customer journey.

This role requires a unique combination of deep technical acumen (especially in a Salesforce context), strong business understanding, and exceptional interpersonal finesse. You will partner with Account Executives to build trust with C-suite and IT decision-makers, guiding them through complex conversations, overcoming technical objections, and demonstrating exactly how our solutions solve their most pressing business challenges.

Language

Proficiency in French is strongly preferred, in addition to mandatory fluency in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in German is a strong asset.

Qualifications

3+ years in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent customer-facing technical role.

Requirements

Proven, tangible experience with the Salesforce platform. Salesforce certifications are a significant plus.
