 » Vacancies » Senior Manager – Manufacturing, Science and Technology (MSAT)Your tasks   Maintainance of the technical oversight on Tillotts products manufactured at CMOs   Project Lead of internal and external projects (process implementation, validation and transfer)  and/or act as Project member in cross-functional teams as a MSAT technical expert   Participation in internal and external meetings and reporting on the progress of the project tasks including documentation of relevant milestones and decisions   Proactively anticipates, evaluates and resolves technical challenges within area of expertise as point of contact for CMOs and Zeria Group   Actively communicates, presents data, and collaborates with the CMO via both face-to-face meeting and teleconferences   Responsible for continuous improvement of process performance and product quality in frame of ongoing process verification   Contributing to the development and implementation of standardized MSAT procedures and processes   Coordination of technical trials, scale up batches and validations/verifications of manufacturing and packaging processes   Leading/participating in change controls and deviations   Review and approval of CMO generated protocols, reports and batch records, QA- and/or regulatory documentation   OOS and deviation investigations together with QA   Representative of the Joint Management Team incl. regular meetings with the representatives of Tillotts and CMOs                                                           Who you are   Scientist (Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process or chemical Engineering or equivalent sciences)   Experience in manufacturing, packaging, serialization of pharmaceutical products and technical product transfers   Min. 3 years of experience as Project Leader, negotiation and program management experience   Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (spoken)   Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions   Agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive; solution-oriented with entrepreneurial mind-set   Willingness to travel (10-20%), driving license is a plus
