Senior Frontend Engineer

Salary: CHF 105’000 - 115’000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven strong UX experience and eye for UI detail
• Proven frontend experience in a modern TypeScript/React/Next.js environment
• Experienced with AI-enabled workflow (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex)
• A strong product mindset — you care about polish, UX, and user value
• Ability to operate with high autonomy, clarity, and execution
• Pragmatism: you know when to be scrappy and when to be robust
• Startup mindset: you know how to prioritize ruthlessly, ship incrementally, and get things done without hand-holding
• Bonus: Prior experience integrating LLMs/AI models into real products and/or startup experience

Responsibilities:

• Ship high-quality, production-ready code with a strong sense of product & UX
• Build end-to-end product features using Next.js + TypeScript, including React, React-Query, ShadCN/UI, TailwindCSS, HonoJS & Bun
• Rapid product experimentation and iteration — prototype in days, not weeks
• Work closely with founders and advisors to bring new AI-powered features to life
• Move quickly, cut through noise, and focus on what matters for users and the business
