FvP Associate

For a leading pharmaceutical wholesaler in Switzerland, we are seeking an FvP Associate for a permanent position, based in Bale Canton. 

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of quality and logistics, where you will assist the Responsible Person and ensure the pharmaceutical products are always available, correctly documented, and safely transported in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements. You will act as the key interface between logistics, quality assurance, and customer service, with a strong focus on safety, traceability, and quality of service.


Responsibilities

• Represent the Responsible Person at our site, in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all processes comply with GDP guidelines and Swissmedic regulations.
• Perform technical release of medicinal products within the scope of applicable regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance and risk management processes in storage and transport areas.
• Train and support employees on quality-related topics.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance.
• Manage documentation and report to authorities as required.

Profile

• Completed degree in pharmacy or natural sciences, or an equivalent qualification with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Professional experience in logistics, quality assurance, or as a Responsible Person/Deputy Responsible Person.
• Strong knowledge of GDP and Swissmedic requirements, with a keen understanding of technical processes.
• A pragmatic, assertive, and team-oriented approach, with the ability to convince others through practical relevance.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey knowledge and train employees.
• Fluent written and spoken German is essential; knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
