Fragrance Evaluator

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Fragrance Evaluator (1-year contract) in Geneva.

Start Date: October 2025
Based in: Geneva

 

What You'll Do:

• Support olfactive assessment, quality, and control of all fragrance reformulation projects.

• Evaluate fragrances and provide feedback to Fragrance Design, Product Development, and external partners.

• Track projects and ensure timely communication of results.

• Conduct fragrance evaluations and guide modifications vs. olfactive targets.

• Organize evaluation sessions (blotters, substrates, logistics).

• Manage sample storage and maintain databases/sharepoints.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and fragrance houses.

Who You Are:

• Scientific background (Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally Sensory Evaluation).

• 3+ years’ experience in fragrance evaluation (Fragrance House or Beauty Care Company).

• Excellent olfactive skills & ability to provide clear, accurate guidance to perfumers.

• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Team player, rigorous, passionate about fragrances.

• Fluency in English.
