Warehouse Specialist (all genders)

For our client based in Corsier-sur-Vevey, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Specialist for an 8-month assignment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical part of pharmaceutical operations while driving continuous improvement across the warehouse.

 

Your role: 

 

• Goods Reception: Verify accuracy of incoming shipments, conduct inspections, and document discrepancies or damage.
• Sampling: Perform material sampling to meet quality standards and maintain traceable records.
• Storage Management: Organize raw material storage, optimize space, and enhance inventory control systems.
• Order Picking: Accurately pick and transfer materials to Labs and Production areas, ensuring order completeness.
• Shipping & Logistics: Prepare and pack shipments in compliance with regulations, coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.
• Waste Management: Oversee waste disposal and recycling, focusing on reducing waste and improving sustainability practices.

Safety, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement:

• Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a culture of safety across the warehouse and promoting improvements in safety practices where applicable.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards while identifying opportunities for improvement in the workspace’s safety and efficiency.
• Manage all documentation in Cara and ensure accurate record-keeping, implementing process improvements for better documentation flow and compliance tracking.
