We are looking for someone to join us as a
Account Manager (m/w/d)
your typical day includes:
Leading and supporting a team of medical recruiters, consultants and senior consultants based in Geneva
Collaborating with Process Managers to design, implement, and improve effective processes
Ensuring the fulfillment of key performance indicators and the seamless flow of operations
Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring that budget and efficiency goals are achieved
Acting as the main point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining clear communication and structured coordination within the team and with large clients in the medical field
Securing smooth operations across multiple verticals and service areas.
Being ready to step in operationally during extended service hours (06:00?22:00, Monday to Sunday) when necessary
Using your knowledge of healthcare environments to better navigate complexity and address client needs
Collaborating with the Process Manager to design, implement, and improve effective processes
Ensuring the fulfillment of key performance indicators and the seamless flow of operations
Requirements
what we ask for:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in medical recruitment, with a proven track record of talent development and leading high-performing teams
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Native-level French (or C2 equivalent) and excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and continuous process improvement
Flexibility and reliability, including willingness to support outside regular hours if needed
A background in healthcare (e.g. nursing or related field) is a strong plus
