About this role

Expected Outputs and Timelines:

  • Social media management ensuring our online presence is active and professional, 2-3 social media posts per week
  • Communication reports for EFI listing all activities and communication achievements including social media analytics, at the end of each month
  • Participation in regular team meetings and ad-hoc meetings, weekly
  • Functional and user-friendly digital archiving and filing system, 30 April 2026
  • Communications SOP document and training materials, 17 April 2026
  • Communication concept and roadmap (including stakeholder mapping, partnership framework, messaging) for fashion shop in collaboration with Vivienne Westwood, 30 April 2026
  • Training workshops and follow-up advisory provide to project stakeholders, 29 May 2026
  • Up-to-date catalogue of communication assets such as press releases, social media content, photos, videos, media coverage, and reports, ongoing
  • Press releases, invitations, and promotional materials, ongoing
  • Coordination the production and delivery of photo/video shooting, ongoing
  • Complete production of events from logistics, budgeting, to creative direction, ongoing
  • Supporting with other activities related to communication, visibility, events, ongoing
