Result of Service

EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND TIMELINES / RESULT OF SERVICE Monthly reports (as per ITC reporting template) are submitted over the duration of the contract on the progress and completion of outputs for validation, as follows:

• A network of value chain actors and support institutions established for assessment of the relevance of the HREDD and accompanying measures for the target value chain (s) in Kenya by 30th June 2026.
• A validated register of key stakeholders (public-private) and a mechanism for continuous dissemination of HREDD and accompanying measures developed by 30th June 2026.
• Work plan designed and validated for Y1 of the Responsible Business Conduct Africa (RBC) project activities in Kenya by 15th July 2026
• Due diligence readiness assessments conducted with at least ten (15) value chain actors in the target value chain(s) in Kenya by 31st July 2026
• Capacity building work plans/sustainability plans developed with the 15 selected value chain operators based on readiness assessment and results validated by companies and support institutions by 30th August 2026
• Workshops, trainings, coaching and technical assistance conducted in support services to value chain operators specifically smallholder producer organization, farmer cooperatives, MSMEs, suppliers, leveraging ITC’s RBC capacity building resources and practical tools, tailored to the local context by 30th September 2026
• Contribute to the Q3 quarterly reporting, highlighting the progress and impact of the capacity-building plans (CBPs), including the awareness/adoption of HREDD practices amongst VC operators by 15th October 2026
• At least 1 public-private sector dialogue organized including preparing event concept note, agenda, participant list, logistics support and post event reporting by 31st October 2026
• Final summer report (max 10 pages) on the outcomes of project activities in Kenya, including progress update on delivery of work plans, stakeholders engaged, implementation of the capacity building plans, co-investment ,and partnerships explored and dissemination existing and or new training materials to relevant value chain operators by 30th November 2026
