Output 1 – by 24 May 2026: Government & Strategic Liaison Report: Summary of meetings with Tunisian public authorities to ensure project alignment with national priorities. Stakeholder Coordination Update: Documentation of collaboration with the EU Delegation and GIZ Office in Tunisia. Logistics & Mission Brief: Report on any local event management and coordination of international expert missions conducted during the period. M&E Data Submission: Validated data on project participants and initial results-based tracking.
Output 2 – by 24 June 2026: Institutional Support Summary: Evidence of secured institutional backing and high-level dialogue between ITC and national partners. National Activity Implementation Brief: Report on specific e-commerce and digital trade activities facilitated within Tunisia. Service Provider & Logistics Log: Record of the on-the-ground coordination with local vendors and venue arrangements. M&E Progress Update: Monthly data collection for results-based management frameworks.
Output 3 – by 24 July 2026: Donor & Partner Alignment Report: Progress summary on joint activities and communication with co-implementing partners (EU/GIZ). Expert Mission Technical Inputs: Compiled technical inputs and interpretation support provided to visiting international consultants. Mission & Activity Progress Summary: Report on the status of national activities and expert mission outcomes. M&E Results Tracking: Updated participant data and reporting on activity-level indicators.
Output 4 – by 24 August 2026: Strategic Engagement Review: Comprehensive report on high-level dialogues and policy coherence achieved with Tunisian institutions. Local Coordination & Logistics Final Summary: Record of all logistical support and stakeholder partnerships maintained during the four-month period. Cumulative M&E Data Report: Final set of monitoring data and results achieved for the contract cycle. Comprehensive Progress Report: A summary report of all activities and results achieved since 25 April.
