EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND TIMELINES / RESULT OF SERVICE Deliverables 1 to 12: Submission of monthly progress reports documenting work carried out during the reporting period, including where applicable:

• Companies mobilised, assessed or supported during the month.
• Field visits conducted and technical observations from enterprise assessments.
• Participation in and support to training sessions, workshops or technical assistance activities.
• Technical inputs provided for the design or improvement of training materials.
• Support to coordination with partners, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring of beneficiary company progress and participation in project activities.
• Contributions to project reporting and knowledge documentation.
• Key findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for the project team.

Reports must be presented duly edited and formatted using the template provided by and ITC and should include relevant supporting elements whenever relevant such as:

• Summary tables of companies engaged,
• List of meetings and activities,
• Training attendance records (where relevant),
• Photographs or documentation of field activities when available.
