You will collaborate with Investment funds (VC’s), foundations and companies all over the world and be part of an open modern working atmosphere where business and professional human values meet.  Our company mission: create a better life for Dialysis patients all over the world!              Quality Assurance AssistantSupport on the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), internal training system and other quality and regulatory activities.   General responsibilities and duties

  • Support in preparing and creating quality assurance procedures, work instructions, description, forms and templates
  • Ensuring that internal procedures are observed by the respective departments
  • Documenting quality assurance activities
  • Organizing and archiving quality assurance documentation
  • Creating training materials and training other employees in QMS and quality procedures
  • Follow-up of quality records (CAPA, NC, etc…)
  • Support in general QA activities

 Kledge, skills and abilities

  • Genuine team player, adaptive to our organizational processes, positive mindset
  • Working kledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Kledge of 21CFR 820, MDR or ISO 13485 is a plus
  • Kledge in MS Office programs
  • Kledge and experience with MS SharePoint is a plus

 Education and experience

  • High school degree
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field
