For one of our clients based near la Tour-de-Peilz, we are actively looking for a Support Specialist with French, German and English skills.
You mission :
In this role, you will help users, customers and suppliers from several divisions in the area of communications systems in Romandie and collaborate closely with your Swiss-German colleagues in Zürich.
- Handle L1 and L2 Support
- Manage requests through a ticketing system
- Escalate demands if needed
- Update documentations and platforms
- Prepare reports and statistics
- Continuous improvement of process
Your profile :
- Completed diploma in the field of computer science or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role including L2 Support
- Very good communications skills
- Able to speak fluently French and good English (B2)
- Very good German : able to read documentation and have conversation (B2)
- Positive and customer oriented
