Are you looking for a new challenge and want to become part of our DSM Nutritional Products Europe team in Kaiseraugst that is active throughout all Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) supplying vitamins and carotenoids to the animal feed, food, pharmaceutical and personal care industries?What you’ll doAs a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for our products, actively interact with several different industries which have their own requirements with regards to the supplies of products and level of service and perform all activities necessary for a smooth and uninterrupted order delivery process.Key areas of responsibility

  • Ensure efficient and timely handling of the Order to Cash process in close collaboration with our Distribution Center/Forwarding agent and planning department
  • Maintain and update regularly customer and country specific master data, i.e. item proposals, conditions and all specific requests related to SAP or VAT application based on Sold to/Ship to within the EEC
  • Monitor products on allocation and ensure that release is done in a timely manner
  • Process deliveries by allocating manually or automatically batches for each industry subject to customers’ specific requirements
  • Ensure internal and external communication by phone/e-mail/fax for all matters pertaining to Customer Service Center Management to avoid reoccurrence issues and maintain surveillance of call-offs against contracts, delivery lead times, pricing, MOV, item proposals and inform account management and customers accordingly
  • Process and surveillance of Customer Complaint, identify potential problem and source of solution and where appropriate escalate to Customer Service Center Management to avoid reoccurrence
  • Surveillance of return orders within the customer complaint process, replacement of goods, and all documentation/certificates related to the orders, i.e. orders confirmation, invoices, credit notes, billing due lists
  • Support on e-commerce orders and all related maintenance requirements

You bring

  • Experience in Customer Care
  • Experience in working with forwarding agencies is an advantage 
  • od kledge of SAP
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages will be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and advanced organizational skills
  • High sense of team spirit
