Software Quality Assurance/Testing Specialist

On behalf of our important client, first-class company operating in the IT & Technological Services sector kn worldwide, we are currently looking for a Software Quality Assurance/Testing Specialist, in order to strengthen its structure. Specifically, her/his main tasks and responsibilities will be linked (but not limited) to:

• Identify and document software anomalies
• Execute manual software tests and provide documentation
• Perform and ensure continuous quality for audits
• Contribute to the definition and the application of the quality assurance objectives, IT quality policy, internal risk management policy, levels of software testing, quality assurance methodologies and quality standards
• Document the implementation of the test environment and the steps of the installation and setup
• Verify that the development of the product fits with the requirements and with the analysis provided and customer requirements
• Work in close collaboration with the other team members and colleagues

Requirements:

• BA in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience of minimum 3 years, with demonstrated QA experience in a QAE role
• Express the kledge with object-oriented languages and debug of source code
• Have the kledge of DevOps principles and practices, such as automation tools for testing, integration, build pipelines and deployment
• Demonstrate kledge of the source version control systems
• Possess the kledge of Microsoft OS, DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), storage and network principles
• Basic kledge of Android OS
• Experience in test cases creation, maintenance and management
• Solution oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to implement decisions aimed at improving the quality of company's products and services
• od team player, proactive in proposing solutions
• Availability to travel abroad from time to time
• Possess very good written and verbal skills in English and Italian, other languages
