About this role
Salary: CHF 110’000 - 140’000 per year
Requirements:- I have completed a (technical) university degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- I possess several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the industry.
- I have a solid understanding of technological processes as well as a pronounced technical understanding.
- I demonstrate strong analytical, systematic, and rhetorical skills along with leadership qualities.
- I have excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and comprehension skills.
- I am proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- In my role as a Technology and Innovation Manager, I am responsible for the further development of the necessary technologies (innovations) for the business areas of Rheinmetall Air Defence AG. My duties particularly include:
- Conducting technology foresight (scanning, monitoring, scouting) as well as coordinating and conducting feasibility studies up to demonstration stages.
- Creating technology roadmaps in coordination with project management and business development.
- Acting as an internal point of contact for Rheinmetall Air Defence on technology-related matters and F&T activities.
- Networking and establishing and maintaining relationships with universities and institutions, as well as obtaining funded studies and support programs.
