Salary: CHF 160’000 - 200’000 per year

Requirements:

• Solid track record in designing and implementing AI-driven quantitative trading strategies.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.

• Proven leadership experience guiding technical and research teams.
• •
• Proficiency in managing full software development cycles and engineering best practices.
• •
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
