Specialist Application Manager (Atlassian Expert) - Project Management Solutions (m/w/d)
About this role
Salary: CHF 110’000 - 140’000 per year
Requirements:- I have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or a similar field with an IT focus, or possess a comparable qualification.
- I possess professional experience in the conception, operation, and consultancy related to the Atlassian environment.
- I have in-depth knowledge of Atlassian applications, especially Jira and Confluence.
- I have experience in the digitalization and automation of processes.
- I possess methodological knowledge, ideally with certification in project management and ITIL.
- I work independently and solution-oriented, demonstrating high performance and a willingness to learn.
- I have strong communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
- I am proficient in English, with negotiation-level skills in both spoken and written formats.
- I will advise internal specialist departments on all matters concerning the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye) and potentially other project management applications.
- I will handle the administration, configuration, and further development of the applications I am responsible for.
- I will customize applications using low-code and no-code solutions.
- I will efficiently execute incident and problem management, ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for application-related inquiries.
- I will lead IT projects while adhering to time, content, and cost specifications.
