About this role

Salary: CHF 130’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

Architecture-minded lead engineer with a strong grasp of how systems fit together

Responsibilities:

Own the architecture and system design of new products and infrastructure within the blockchain ecosystem
Define consensus and distributed systems frameworks, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security
Collaborate closely with engineering leads and product stakeholders to align on technical solutions
Provide technical leadership
Evaluate design trade-offs across performance, reliability, and security criteria
Drive architectural reviews and ensure compliance with industry and security best practices
