IT SOX Compliance Analyst

To support an important compliance project, our client is looking for an IT Compliance Analyst wto work with their Risk and Compliance Director to perform SOX control walkthroughs and communicate with the business units to determine the appropriate design of controls and adjustments needed.

You will performing tests of design effectiveness and operating effectiveness according to internal control testing guidance for IT General Controls and support management with deficiency evaluation, documentation and remediation actions.

Working with external auditors, you will help with replying to their requests related to SOX testing and ensure internal teams offer the required assistance.

You will also keep manage KPI and reporting to ensure the audits are followed in a compliant manner.

You will have previous background of working in an IT or Telecoms environment, perhaps with a Big 4 company as an IT Compliance Analyst and are looking to develop your skills in a SOX Compliance role. This is not a management or high level role to define SOX compliance strategy; we are looking for someone to execute SOX compliance activities.

Candidates must be able to work on site in Zurich and available to start in October.
