Systemtechniker Flugabwehr im Außendienst (m/w/d)

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• I am looking for candidates who have completed vocational training as a mechanic or electronics technician, with several years of professional experience. Military experience as a gunner or radar soldier in air defense is desirable, along with an officer background being an advantage. You should also possess methodical-didactic skills for designing and conducting training sessions. A confident demeanor, good manners, and a very independent working style are essential. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, along with intercultural competence is important. Good IT user skills are required as well as willingness to travel abroad to challenging climates for several weeks up to several months each year. Flexibility to handle unexpected situations in both domestic and international settings is necessary. A valid driver's license (Category B) is also required.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will need you to prepare and conduct customer training sessions both domestically and internationally. You will also create instructional programs and lesson plans while providing training materials and tools (manuals, construction plans, digital aids, etc.). Additionally, you will support the sales department with quotes for customer training and assist the development department during tests and system approvals both at home and abroad. You will ensure the technical readiness of air defense systems for our customers, perform maintenance and repair work in the customer’s country, and provide technical support using augmented reality. Furthermore, you will assist customers with troop training and technical issues, recognize and report customer needs, and maintain support equipment across all maintenance levels.
