Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• I require a completed vocational training in a technical field (mechanical/electrical), ideally with further education as a process specialist or higher.
• You should be familiar with corporate processes and structures and have several years of experience in a technical company, including the implementation and optimization of processes.
• Your quick comprehension, analytical, and network-oriented thinking will enable you to grasp processes and interrelations swiftly and derive, define, and implement practically applicable measures.
• With your engaging and motivational personality, you can inspire our employees regarding process quality and ensure continuous improvement each day.
• I seek a communicative, independent, and analytical individual who enjoys operational work with employees, explores relevant influencing factors, and masters a variety of key figures and analytical methods.
• It is a plus if you have completed training as an internal auditor.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum level B2 required).
• A precise working style, team-oriented, IT-affine, resilient, and strong communication skills in both verbal and written format are essential.
• Familiarity with the following IT tools is advantageous: BIC (GBTEC), SAP, Power BI, Confluence, JIRA.

Responsibilities:

• I will analyze and improve our corporate processes.
• I will be the point of contact and support for employees regarding technical issues and process questions.
• Documenting and visualizing process overviews, processes, process interfaces, and associated documents will be part of my job.
• I will evaluate suitable tools for process orientation within the company and train process owners on process creation.
• Participating in internal audits in the areas of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is a key responsibility.
• I will prepare process optimizations based on audit activities and conduct initial analyses for optimization solutions.
• I will create processes that meet technical and economic requirements and are tailored for practical application.
• Identifying weaknesses and developing measures for continuous improvement is critical, along with managing, preparing, and presenting the KPI board and management reviews.
• Conducting training and workshops to raise employee awareness about quality management and audit processes will be necessary.
• I will also create process and training documents.
