SMD Operator (m/w/d)

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• I am looking for someone with several years of experience in SMD. You should possess good knowledge of manual soldering according to IPC-A-610 Class 3. I expect you to demonstrate a self-reliant, precise, and reliable working style. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential, as well as a strong sense of quality awareness. I value good resilience and flexibility, along with a high level of responsibility and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Your role will involve preparing and setting up SMD orders, as well as operating the SMD line. You will independently implement assigned manufacturing orders and create and assess paste prints. Operating SMD assembly and soldering systems (Reflow and Vapor Phase) will be part of your duties. You will also be responsible for manual and machine-assisted component adhesion, manual component placement, and hand soldering according to IPC Class 3. Additionally, you will work on optimizing processes in your designated area and participate in various projects.
