Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience and a strong track record in ServiceNow solutions and delivery, project management, and business development
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in areas like IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Human Resources (HR)
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively
- Clear and confident communication in German, negotiation skills in English, and proficiency in French is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend business-related events
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the successful execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in line with client requirements
- Collaborate closely with project teams, providing guidance and expertise to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth within the ServiceNow practice
- Identify new opportunities and potential clients, leveraging existing network and proactively seeking new business relationships
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to position Accenture as a trusted advisor
