About this role

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 145'000 per year

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering (GCP, AWS, or hybrid environments)
Solid knowledge in cloud networking, IAM, compute, and storage services
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform preferred
Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies
Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar
Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience working in consulting environments
Strong team spirit and excellent implementation skills in projects
High social competence and enjoyment of working in diverse teams
Strong willingness for personal and professional development
Completed studies (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics)
Broad technological understanding and analytical approach
Professional attitude and fluent German and English skills

Responsibilities:

Design and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments on GCP and AWS
Automate infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment processes
Design and implement cloud security including IAM, Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP), firewall rules and others
Provision and manage networking, compute, storage, and database services in the cloud
Improve reliability and performance through effective monitoring, logging and alerting
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build custom cloud solutions
