SAP HRIS Employee Central UAT Co-ordinator

Randstad Digital is seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist to join our client's team in Geneva. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in transitioning their HR systems from on-premise to the cloud, specifically focusing on SuccessFactors Employee Central and UKG PeopleDoc.

This is a temporary role for a period of 4 months with the possibility of an extension.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Test Coordination: You will be the point person for all testing activities, coordinating sessions, assigning test scripts in Jira Xray, and ensuring all test progress and results are meticulously captured.

• Implementation Support: You will actively execute test cases, specifically for self-service processes within SuccessFactors EC and UKG, ensuring a smooth experience for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.

• Data Migration: You will review data migration results, identifying issues and gaps, and supporting follow-up activities to guarantee data integrity.

• Issue Resolution: You will troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues, ensuring a seamless transition and stable environment.

What you'll bring to the role:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in HRIS management or SuccessFactors EC consultancy.

• A proven back ground of SuccessFactors EC and ECP as well as HR processes in UKG PeopleDoc.

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in French (project language) and English. German is a plus.
