Are you an expert at bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical ERP solutions? Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team in Geneva. You will play a pivotal role in a major ERP transformation program for one of our premier clients.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind defining, documenting, and validating the requirements that will shape the future of our client's business processes.

 

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a key contributor to the project, you will collaborate closely with Business Process Experts (BPEs), SAP experts, and functional stakeholders. Your daily activities will include:

 

• Requirements Excellence: Conducting interviews and workshops to gather, structure, and document clear business requirements based on provided frameworks.

   

• Documentation & Methodology: Creating comprehensive requirement documents, user manuals, and test scenarios aligned with established business analysis methodologies.

   

• ERP Strategy: Mapping business requirements to standard ERP capabilities and documenting any necessary deviations or gaps.

   

• RFP & Vendor Selection: Supporting the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process, from preparing documentation to evaluating vendor demonstrations and responses.

   

• Stakeholder Management: Organizing review and sign-off sessions with functional teams to ensure total alignment on requirements.

   

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive professional with a sharp analytical mind and the ability to translate complex needs into concise documentation.

 

Your Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

   

• Track Record: 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within ERP or SAP-related initiatives.

   

• Process Expertise: Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes.

   

• Technical Tools: Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or ARIS.

   

• ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other Tier-1 ERP platforms.

   

• Methodology: Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

   

Your Skills:

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  Strong teamwork ethics and the ability to collaborate with senior experts.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  
  This is a short-term project assignment based in Geneva so candidates should be available immediately and within easy commute of Geneva.
