Overview
We are currently hiring a SailPoint Integrator to join a strategic identity and access management initiative within a complex enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for a technically strong application integrator / developer who also brings excellent interpersonal skills and can operate effectively in a stakeholder-heavy environment. The position requires someone who can connect SailPoint with business applications, while building trust and driving progress across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build integrations between SailPoint and the client’s business applications
- Develop and maintain connectors to support IAM processes and system interoperability
- Work closely with application owners and business stakeholders to gather the required information
- Act as the interface between IAM teams and application teams
- Support the integration roadmap in a complex organizational environment
- Help move topics forward through effective communication, follow-up, and stakeholder engagement
- Report progress clearly and raise blockers proactively
- Strong experience as a developer / application integrator
- Prior experience with SailPoint
- Hands-on experience with:
- API Gateway / API Manager
- SCIM
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application environments
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence without creating friction
- Autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
We are looking for someone who is:
- Approachable and comfortable working with different stakeholders
- Strong in communication, mediation, and influence
- Able to build relationships easily
- Proactive in reporting and escalating blockers
- Comfortable operating independently in a complex environment
A profile that is too passive or overly reserved will not be the right fit for this role.
Location- Based in the Lausanne area, Switzerland
- Activity between Lausanne and Le Brassus
- Expected on-site presence: minimum 3 days per week
- Candidates based in Switzerland or nearby are preferred
- French is mandatory
- Professional working level of English required
- The successful candidate will join an existing setup with internal support already in place
- Other consultants are active in the environment
- Knowledge transfer and continuity are supported, as the current consultant remains involved in another project
