Product Owner Data Analytics & AI

We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to lead the development of core enablers for Swisscom’s conversational AI capabilities. In this role, you’ll help deliver intelligent automation, reduce operational costs, and power seamless, context-aware customer experiences across voice and chat channels for our B2C and B2B customers. You’ll work closely with a skilled, cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists and linguists to bring cutting-edge ideas to life.

• Translating product strategy into actionable increments and managing the team backlog
• Prioritizing work based on impact, feasibility, and where data shows the most value
• Representing user and business needs within the development team
• Driving the development of enablers like AI agents, fine-tuned LLMs, bots, voice automation, and context-aware features

Your skills

• Degree in IT, business or a related field and strong tech skills
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and teams around a clear product vision in a complex software development environment
• Experience working with data to inform prioritization and measure success
• Experience in scaling a product from internal use to broader customer adoption while keeping security standards high
• Experience in working with SaaS products, cloud based environments (aws, azure, gcp) is a plus
• Very good English is required; German is a plus
• Experience working on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects is a plus
