Product Manager Data & AI

You join Data Analytics & AI, a central IT unit at Swisscom. As Product Manager for Data Services, you enable teams to build the One Data Platform in the cloud. The platform brings together existing data warehouses and big data platforms and offers a single user interface and landing page for everyone at Swisscom to access and analyze data. You work with a diverse team of data engineers, architects and product people from 33 countries with a very positive team dynamic and high psychological safety. • Lead and synchronize cross‑team delivery to build the One Data Platform in the cloud
• Drive continuous improvement across data engineering, architecture and product
• Create a single place for all Swisscom users to access and analyze data via one user interface
• Foster psychological safety and a positive, diverse team culture
• Work with modern methods and help shape Swisscom’s data future

Your skills

• Product management experience with digital, data‑ or AI‑driven products with end‑to‑end ownership
• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning and the AI product lifecycle, including platform and architectural fundamentals
• Proven track record of developing, scaling and realizing business value from data‑driven products; practical experience with agile, outcome‑oriented product management
• High awareness of data privacy, security, governance and responsible AI
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a strong get‑things‑done attitude
• Strong communicator who shapes and shares a clear vision and builds followership
• Inclusive leader who fosters psychological safety and guides cross‑functional teams through change; excellent stakeholder management at senior and executive level
• Very good English; German optional
