Digital Experience, AI und CommTech Manager
About this role
As AI & CommTech Transformation Manager, you will design and implement the practical use of AI within Group Communications & Responsibility at Swisscom. In this interface role, you will combine technological expertise with implementation skills to make communication more data-driven and effective. You will lead AI projects from concept to implementation, empower the organization, and work closely with our newsroom and internal experts from IT and technology partners.
Identifying and prioritizing AI potential in the areas of corporate communications, public affairs, sustainability, branding, live experience, and sponsorship
Operational use of AI and CommTech as well as end-to-end project management—from idea, conception, prototyping, and testing to rollout—together with IT and technology partners
Hands-on implementation of AI solutions and automations, e.g., GPT-based workflows, RAG setups, data analyses, and visualizations.
Shaping the AI transformation with training, formats, best practices, and ensuring trustworthy, responsible use of AI.
Responsibility for and further development of digital platforms, channels, and tools
Your skills
Completed degree (university or technical college), preferably technical, or equivalent practical experience with further training
Several years of experience in managing complex transformation/technology projects, strong stakeholder management
Very good AI and data skills: prompt engineering & custom GPTs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), low-/no-code automation, as well as in-depth knowledge of automation, analytics, content generation & publishing (Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock)
Expertise in corporate communications, AI governance, data protection and ethical guidelines, as well as CommTech, is a plus
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
High willingness to learn and innovate, enthusiasm for technology trends
Independent, structured, solution-oriented, highly proactive, and hands-on mentality
Very good German and English
