Salary: CHF 110’000 - 135’000 per year
Requirements:
- I have a completed vocational training in a technical field, with further education as a Technician HF or a Bachelor in Engineering (FH), specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
- I possess several years of professional experience in the area of Customer Service.
- I have experience in Obsolescence Management, which is desirable.
- I am knowledgeable about the OM standard ICE 62402:2019.
- I have very good user skills in the MS Office Suite.
- I have good SAP knowledge.
- I demonstrate high personal responsibility, initiative, and a willingness to perform, along with a structured and independent work style.
- I have good English language skills.
Responsibilities:
- I actively manage the Obsolescence Management functions according to ICE 62402 to ensure contractual obligations regarding spare parts availability during the customer usage phase.
- I lead and steer the OM-Board with a reactive approach and contribute to finding solutions for component phase-outs.
- I define end stocking according to procedural guidelines.
- I create obsolescence management plans, reports, PDN/PCN, and OM information for our customers according to IEC 62402.
- I maintain continuous communication regarding obsolescence management with other corporate divisions.
- I continually optimize the entire obsolescence management process.
- I monitor the annual budget for obsolescence management.
- I prepare annual evaluations (budget analysis and planning, processing times for reactive cases, etc.).
- I conduct internal analyses for new projects, restart projects, retrofits, and more.
- I participate in strategic supplier management and negotiate OM contracts with strategically important suppliers.
