Salary: CHF 100’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:
  • I have a technical background and have completed a higher commercial education (e.g., Technical Merchant, Business Economist HF, etc.).
  • I possess professional experience in Aftersales and personnel management within the automotive industry.
  • I have strong knowledge of SAP.
  • I work in a quality-conscious and goal-oriented manner and have good interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • I demonstrate reliability, resilience, and a positive personality.
  • I have a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset, quick comprehension, and an independent and self-reflective work ethic.
Responsibilities:
  • I lead the entire Aftersales area, including workshop operations, customer service, and spare parts management.
  • I am actively involved in customer service and support my team in day-to-day operations.
  • I ensure the achievement of goals in all specified areas, such as customer and employee satisfaction, productivity, etc.
  • I orient processes towards high efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with required quality standards and brand audits.
  • I lead and coach employees, ensuring the optimal personnel capacities to achieve these goals.
