IT Support Technician

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 110'000 per year

Requirements:

• Knowledge in IT support
• Mastery of Windows systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience with Jira
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests (level 1 and 2)
• Resolve issues through incident and request tickets via Jira, ensuring rigorous follow-up
• Install and configure IT equipment (workstations, monitors, etc.)
• Update systems and software to ensure security
