About the company:
WellD is a fast-growing, young, and dynamic consulting company dedicated to custom software product development, with a strong focus on state-of-the-art technology. But most importantly, we are a team of cool, down-to-earth, and highly passionate developers and engineers.
We believe in continuous improvement, and we value passion, curiosity, and an analytical mindset over pure skill-specific knowledge. Technical quality and competence are what set us apart, and we foster them through a friendly environment and a company culture that goes beyond daily business.
Among the many initiatives that support this culture are tech conferences and meetups, our WellD Book, Tech Lunches, Tech Blog, internal workshops, and team-building activities. We like to program in pairs, challenge our knowledge, and share what we learn—because growing together is part of what we do best.

About the role:
WellD is partnering with a leading non-profit organization based in Ticino, Switzerland, to support their digital transformation and operational efficiency through the recruitment of an experienced IT Manager.
This organization plays a vital role in the local community and offers a purpose-driven environment where technology serves people first. With over 350 employees and a network of 300 external collaborators and volunteers, it delivers essential healthcare and social support services guided by principles of neutrality, humanity, and inclusion.
We are looking for an IT Manager to take the lead in overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, operations, and vendor relationships. This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibilities that include IT security, compliance, and user support.
The ideal candidate has experience managing MDM platforms, coordinating hardware/software suppliers, and maintaining secure, cloud-connected networks across distributed locations.
