About this role

About Randstad Digital

At Randstad Digital, we are seeking a high-caliber Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst to join this mission-critical team and lead the charge in shaping their future data security landscape.

The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

As a Senior DLP Analyst, you will contribute across the full project lifecycle—from initial requirements gathering and vendor evaluation to seamless implementation, tuning, and operational readiness. You will bridge the gap between technical architecture and business risk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy & Selection: Support the development of the DLP Request-for-Proposal (RFP) process, leading solution assessments, vendor evaluations, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities.

  • Policy & Architecture: Translate complex business requirements, data risks, and regulatory obligations into practical DLP policies, controls, and detection scenarios.

  • Implementation & Tuning: Support policy testing, fine-tuning, false-positive reduction, and control validation across endpoints, cloud, email, and web traffic.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders to assess operational impacts, drive adoption, and communicate data security concepts clearly.

  • Operational Readiness: Plan, document, and govern the seamless transition of the newly designed DLP capabilities into ongoing, business-as-usual operations.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you need a proactive, pragmatic mindset and deep, hands-on expertise in the DLP domain.

Must-Haves:

  • Netskope Expertise: Hands-on, deep technical experience with Netskope is mandatory for this role.

  • DLP Domain Mastery: Proven track record in DLP implementation projects, vendor landscapes, and integrating capabilities across endpoints, cloud services, email, web, and collaboration platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong investigative and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate risk into effective DLP policies.

  • Compliance & Security Savvy: Solid understanding of global data protection, privacy, records management, and information security standards.

  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent stakeholder management skills—you can easily explain complex security concepts to non-technical teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview.

  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.

What We Offer
  • The chance to make a tangible impact on the global aviation sector’s data security footprint.

  • A dynamic, cross-functional environment working with cutting-edge technologies.

  • Competitive compensation and the elite networking opportunities that come with being a Randstad Digital consultant.

  • A supportive, forward-thinking culture that values adaptability and solution-oriented mindsets.

If you are a Netskope expert looking for a high-visibility project where your expertise will directly shape an organization's security posture, we want to hear from you.

This role can be based remotely or on-site in Geneva. For consultants working nearshore, a maximum of 2 hours time difference from Geneva is expected.
