Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year
Requirements:
- A completed commercial or logistics education, with further training in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering.
- Alternatively, a higher technical qualification in Business Informatics or a similar field.
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Very good knowledge of the MS 365 product suite, particularly SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with specific applications in Requirements Engineering, Design, Mockup, or Agile methods is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate optimization potentials through interviews, analyses, and data collection.
- Develop solution variants and assess them based on business criteria, in particular, implementability and associated risks.
- Establish concepts, guidelines, and policies while considering existing standards.
- Plan and conduct evaluations.
- Actively participate in the development and improvement of structures and processes.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure the alignment of expectations.
- Identify organizational weaknesses and propose possible solutions.
- Design and implement integrated, digitally supported process chains.
- Take on (specialist) project management responsibilities.
- Maintain communication with clients and partners to optimize interfaces.
