We are currently looking for a Commercial Excellence Operations 100% for our international client of the pharma industry in Zurich. The assignment is foreseen for a minimum length of 6 months and the start as per the first of May 2023. In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Commercial Excellence and be responsible for supporting the operational activities within the team and provide project management support. It will also be very important to have the ability to project management, develop presentations and communications and analyze and consolidate numbers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You maintain and support the Commercial Excellence schedule and planning
  • You organize key meetings on behalf of Commercial Excellence and provide project management support to meetings
  • You act as a champion within the team in terms of agile planning and project management
  • You have the oversight and manage the Commercial Excellence which includes Commercial Excellence Cost tracking
  • Managing and processing PO / Invoices
  • Keeping budget overview up-to-date / Preparation of Commercial Excellence budget overview for LE1 & LE2

You support the Congress and Omnichannel Customer Engagement & Digital Operations activities and projects with a particular focus on supporting:

  • The organization of company flagship congresses
  • Digital Operations activities (i.e., websites, social media)
  • You prepare and disseminate documents, guidance notes and staff information as required
  • You organize travel and accommodation arrangements as required
  • You build strong working relationships across Commercial Excellence
  • You demonstrate awareness of strategic objectives of the organization and the team and using kledge to inform actions.


  • You hold a university level degree in life science, engineering, business administration, statistics or related
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • You have a professional level in English, both in oral and in written / other languages of advantage
  • You have experience in supporting the organization of events and manage digital activities
  • You have solid reporting and communication skills
  • Strong time and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Structured and diligent work approach
  • Relevant computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)
