VIP and Level 2 Support Engineer

Our client, a large international organisation is looking for a best-of-breed 2nd line IT Support Consultant to help support their internal clients, including VIPs.With a solid background in Service Desk or Field Support, your ability to manage demanding internal customers is of the highest order and you inspire confidence.  You will be required to deploy and administer components within your sector of expertise, ensure follow-up and escalation to the relevant IT support teams where required and learn ne technologies quickly as they are introduced or improved in the network. You will be expected to have experience in Microsoft Technologies (Office, OneDrive, Exchange) as well as hardware such as laptops, desktop, touchscreen devices, printers and video conferencing systems. Fluent English is essential with French and obvious advantage. Strong technical skills are, of course, essential but your personality, your ability to build trust and offer a high level of service will be the deciding factors.We are only able to accept candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
